	Ron Bolton President Ron had originally started working in the field as a roofer in 1989 with Heidler Roofing Services. He is dedicated in meeting the needs of our customers. He is also a member of the Vistage International group. e-mail: rbolton@heidlerroofing.com
	Andy Miller Controller A graduate of Penn State University and York College of Pennsylvania, Andy oversees the accounting functions as well as our insurance programs. He has been with Heidler Roofing Services since 2006. e-mail: andymiller@heidlerroofing.com
	Terri Mitzel Safety Director Terri has been the Safety Director for Heidler Roofing Services since 2000. Her vast years of experience in the safety and health field have enhanced her ability to spot hazards for immediate correction. e-mail: tmitzel@heidlerroofing.com
	Joe Heidler, Jr. President (Retired), 1969 - 2005 In November 1959, Joseph Heidler, Sr. started Heidler Roofing and convinced his 25-year-old son, Joe Jr., to join him in fulfilling his dream. Together they started building Heidler Roofing, one crew at a time. Over the years, father and son worked closely together – Joe Sr. did the selling while Joe Jr. did the estimating and also acted as the company Superintendant. In 1969, the position of President was passed on to Joe Jr. Throughout his years of leadership, Joe Jr. expanded the business, opening Red Rose Roofing with his son Joe Heidler, III in Lancaster, PA and Master Roofers with his brother, Mike, in York, PA and Hagerstown, MD. After more than 45 years of service to the family business, Joe Jr. retired in 2005. Heidler Roofing would not be what it is today without Joe’s lifelong dedication to his customers and the roofing industry.
	Bill Neal Vice President (Retired), 1983 - 2011 Vice President of Heidler Roofing Services and General Manager of Master Roofers, Inc. (Division of Heidler Roofing Services, Inc.), Bill had dedicated 28 years to meeting the needs of our customers. He earned a business degree and then joined our company in 1983.
	Pat Heidler Treasurer (Retired), 1985 - 2011 Pat had been a part of the Heidler Roofing Services team for 26 years and a valuable asset overseeing all company finances of the Heidler organization.
