Thermoplastic Roof Membrane

Thermoplastic (PVC & TPO) Roof Membrane

For High Resistance to Oils and Bacterial Growth

An easy-to-install, single-ply system, Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) and Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) Roof Membranes are highly resistant to oils, animal fats, and bacterial growth, making them a popular choice for restaurants and other institutions that emit oils or fats from their ventilation systems.

The most frequently used materials for Thermoplastic systems are Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) and Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO), in sheets reinforced with fiberglass or polyester. Available in both white and light colors for high reflectivity, Thermoplastic Roof Membranes can also reduce summer cooling costs.

A choice of installation methods also makes costs flexible. The membranes can be adhered or fastened to the substrate, or loose-laid with a stone ballast surfacing. Our capable staff will work with you to identify the approach that will work best for your facility.
