Project Description/Scope of Work: In June 2021, a multi-phase renovation transformed the theater, upgrading its auditoriums, restrooms, lobby, and concession area. The revitalized space now features luxury recliners with seat warmers, an enhanced food menu, a self-serve beer wall, and a variety of craft cocktails. With its newly installed Carlisle TPO roof, the theater now enjoys top-down protection, ensuring durability and reliability. The scope of work consisted of removing both existing roofs down to the steal deck, mechanically attaching two layers of 2.6” Polyiso, and a mechanically attached Carlisle 60-mil TPO membrane.
