Candidates must have working knowledge of the various commercial roofing systems and commercial sheet metal: standing seam roofs, various wall panels, coping, soffit, etc. The Sheet Metal Foreman will supervise and train employees in daily operations of the roofing work to ensure quality workmanship.
Candidates must be able to properly recognize existing roof systems and diagnose the proper way to repair defects and in return be knowledgeable of manufacturer's specifications. The Service/Maintenance Foreman will greet and interact with customers in a professional manner.
Candidates must have experience performing work and leading crews on large scale commercial projects using roofing systems which include: EPDM, TPO, PVC, Hot and Cold Applied Modified & BUR. The Commercial Roofing Foreman will supervise and train employees in daily operations of the roofing work to ensure safe, quality workmanship.
Candidates must have experience performing work on large scale commercial projects using roofing systems which include: EPDM, TPO, PVC, Hot and Cold Applied Modified & BUR. The Commercial Roofing Mechanic must have working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
Candidates will assist he foreman and roofing mechanics in removing and installing or repairing roofing systems, maintaining the project sites by cleaning up project related debris and trash, as well as gathering or distributing materials on the project sites.
Candidates must have working knowledge of at least 5 years in residential asphalt shingle installation; experience with EPDM, slate, metal, tile, cedar and gutter installation a plus. The Shingle Foreman will supervise and train employees in daily operations of the roofing work to ensure quality workmanship.
Candidates must have experience in the removal and replacement of various residential roofing systems. The Sloped Roofing Mechanic is required to have knowledge of proper layout and efficient installation.
Candidates will assist the foreman and roofing mechanics in removing and installing or repairing roofing systems, maintaining the project sites by cleaning up project related debris and trash, as well as gathering or distributing materials on the project sites.
Candidate will assist Service Foreman for repair all types of commercial roofing. Prior experience is not mandatory training will be provided.
