Project Description/Scope of Work: The project encompassed three distinct scopes of work, with the initial phase focusing on coating, scheduled for completion in November. The existing roof, a white granulated cap sheet, required restoration. To address this, our team installed a Tremco AlphaGuard BIO system, incorporating embedded Permafab for enhanced durability and performance.
