Timothy Smith, Sr. has joined Heidler as Operations Manager, while Timothy Jennison is Heidler’s new Safety Manager.
As Operations Manager, Tim Smith will be involved in all aspects of Heidler Roofing’s field operations. He will be working closely with field supervision in managing project safety, quality, and production. Additionally, Smith will be responsible for oversight, development, and growth of field personnel. Smith has over 30 years of commercial roofing and management experience, most recently with Ream Roofing.
As Safety Manager, Tim Jennison will lead the Heidler Roofing, LLC. Corporate Safety Program. Jennison will oversee the company’s safety policies and standards. Additionally, Jennison will be responsible for developing and implementing various safety procedures that will help reduce hazard exposures and incidents for the company. Jennison graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Safety Management from Slippery Rock University and recently served as a Safety Inspector for Centimark Corporation.
